Practice management infrastructure
Operating models, staffing plans, reporting cadence, and the day-to-day systems physician groups use to run.
№02 · The Firm
Yellowcross was built by healthcare operators who understand the complexity behind telemedicine, teleradiology, medical imaging, physician recruiting, contracting, credentialing, and healthcare technology implementation. We help medical groups, hospitals, imaging centers, and physician-led ventures build the operating infrastructure required to scale without losing clinical discipline, financial control, or execution speed.
What Yellowcross Builds
Operating models, staffing plans, reporting cadence, and the day-to-day systems physician groups use to run.
Clinical model, payor strategy, technology stack, and workflow design for B2B virtual care.
Vendor selection, integration sequencing, and adoption planning across PACS, RIS, EHR, and AI tooling.
Sourcing pipelines, state licensing maps, and credentialing trackers for distributed clinical work.
Referral source development, hospital outreach, and payor contracting plans for service-line growth.
